ETASIS ELECTRONICS™ a professional manufacturer of switching power supplies, proudly unveiled its EFRP-M300 redundant power supply module, which is deal for storage applications. In addition to these features listed above, the power supplies used in storage system must provide the power needs for processing big amounts of service with non-stop operation. Redundant power supplies are therefore becoming indispensable, allowing systems to operate continuously using a backup power supply unit if the main power supply unit is damaged, as well as enabling maintenance operations without the need to stop the system. The newly released EFRP-M300 is tailored to meet the needs of demanding high reliability in server fields.
Features and Characteristics
The power is 1U Type N+1 redundant power supply that features a full-range universal AC input from 100V to 240V +/-10 percent and a full-load power factor of more than 0.96 at 230V AC, 50Hz. It has 66A input current for 115V AC and 3A for 230V AC at 47Hz to 63Hz input frequencies. It supports active power factor correction and output current sharing for 3.3V, 5V ,12V and -12V output voltages. The unit has over-voltage, over-power and short-circuit protections, and comes with front panel LED power status indicator and alarm signals for fa???ulty power. It passed the 100 percent burn-in test, and has an MTBF of 100,000hrs. The 79x40x215mm unit is cooled by a 40mmx28mm DC fan. It has safety approvals, and meets CISPR22 (EN55022) Class A, FCC Part 1 and EN61000-3-2 standards for EMI/RFI/Harmonic. Wide Range Oper??ation Temperature
EFRP-M300 can work at extremely harsh environment. All power-supply modules have current ratings that are based on some specific ambient temperature range. These current ratings should never be exceeded. The ambient temperature for a power supply is the temperature of the air immediately surrounding the power supply when it is operating with its associated equipment.
